We are not here to sell you an online course and hope that you figure it out on your own. With just an online course and no professional assistance you WILL NOT figure out how to do a title search, PERIOD. Do I need Insurance?
If you plan to work for yourself as an independent abstractor you will need to obtain errors and omissions insurance. If you plan on working for an attorney or title company then you will be covered under their policy. We can also recommend a few companies for you to contact to obtain insurance.
How long can I use the online course?
The online course can be accessed up to 6 months. The access to your instructor is good as long as you need us.
